Grand Finale fundraiser has a clear theme and objective - a branch of medicine that will receive our support following the collection. Based on consultations with experts, doctors, and analysis of requests for equipment we receive from hospitals, the board of the Foundation decides on the branch of medicine which requires our support the most. We will reveal the theme and objective of the upcoming anniversary fundraiser on October the 9th.
Jurek Owsiak, chairman of the board of the Foundation, will announce the objective of the Grand Finale fundraiser during a conference with representatives of the Polish Collection Centres - volunteers and local activists involved in organising the fundraiser across the country. The Grand Finale fundraiser, a one-day charitable collection that combines a public fundraiser with events, community activities, and online fundraisers, will take place on January 30th, 2022.
Each time we analyse all data and statistics related to health of children in Poland. We want to make sure that the objective, the aim of our fundraiser offers the solutions to some of the biggest problems faced by patients, parents, and medical professionals. On October 9th, when we announce the objective of the upcoming Grand Finale, we'll invite all Poles to take part in the solution of the problem. We will, of course take the time to highlihgt what needs to be done to address the issue. And I am more than certain that yeat again, together, we'll be able to make our Grand Finale a success - for the kids!

Today, at 16:00 Jurek Owsiak took part in a grand opening of a 3.5-meter high mirror sculpture of a heart in Łódź, in the square recently named after the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity Foundation.
We are so very proud! The most expensive machine in the history of the GOCC, the first PET-CT scanner in Poland for children, allowed for screening of 100 patients so far.
