Wondering how to volunteer at the 26th Grand Finale and participate in the public charitable collection? Make sure to go through the questions we have listed below - perhaps you will find the answer here!

How to become a volunteer at the 26th Grand Finale?

Would you like to participate in the public charitable collection on 14.01.2018, but you don't know where to begin? First of all, you should find your local Collection Centre - a special headquarters of the Grand Finale collection. A list of registered Collection Centres, which have been approved to hold the collection is available on our website.

Get in touch with your local Collection Centre to find out more about their requirements and procedures, but make sure to read Volunteer's Code of Practice beforehand!

Remember that applying to volunteer means that you should be able to commit to the task!

Can I register online?

Yes! Some Collection Centres run their volunteer registration process via wolontariusze.wosp.org.pl website.

Even though you can register online, you still would have to come by the Collection Centre to confirm the data you have entered into your application form.

How to use a token?

A token is a string of numbers you receive from your Collection Centre. You use the code to register on wolontariusze.wosp.org.pl website and the search will bring up your Collection Centre.

An adult guardian should set up a guardian's account to register an underage volunteer!

Are there any age restrictions for volunteers?

None - all ages are welcome! However, if you are underage, you should ask your legal guardians to co-sign your application form. What is more, you should be accompanied by an adult on the day of the collection.

If you register online, your guardian should set up a separate account in order to fill out your application form.

How do I find out if my application has been successful?

Just get in touch with your Collection Centre to find out!

What are the requirements for ID picture?

Think your ID card, student's ID or any other document. You should upload a .jpg format!

Where will we fund-raise?

Volunteers collect funds in the locality of the Collection Centre. We never do a door-to-door collection, instead, we are present in the streets and other public spaces.

What sort of acknowledgement will I receive?

You should receive your personal collection balance sheet which lists the amount of money you have raised on the day of the day of the Grand Finale and will serve as your acknowledgement as well.
