Telling Teddy Bear’s Tale
Today we observe the World Spank Out Day (No-hitting, no-smacking, no-spanking day for children) promoted by the American EPOCH (End Physical Punishment of Children) organization, annually. It has been 20 years since the GOCC Foundation initiated the Teddy’s Tale – Don’t hurt me, love me! action aimed at raising the awareness among adults and children on the harmful effects of corporal punishments of the underage.

The first autumn training brought together 38 enthusiastic people, who will join us at next year's Woodstock Festival Poland. Before they donned the trademark red T-shirts they had to learn a thing or two about first aid and work to become a real team!

Girl, aged 10, saves newborn baby brother!
When her mum went into premature labour, the little girl took matters into her own hands and her actions have saved the life of her newborn brother and health of her mother. The primary school pupil has learned basics of first aid at school, so she knew exactly what to do to call for help!
