We make sure to present comprehensive financial report of the purchases and costs of each Grand Finale fundraiser. We are presenting a report detailing the purchases made with the funds raised 1.5 years ago, because of the method we rely on to purchase the equipment for hospitals in Poland. First, we have to get through all requests from hospitals and verify them. Next, we hold open tenders in order to make sure we are purchasing the best equipment at the best prices. We also negotiate equipment delivery, medical personnel training, and service.
We are able to send out a financial report after the equipment has been delivered to medical facilities and after the staff there has been trained to use it, because we are sure that all contracts are properly closed and the money has been spent accordingly.
The theme of the 23rd Grand Finale focused its efforts at children's medicine and geriatrics. In public fundraiser, and through online donations we have managed to raise 53 109 702, 83 PLN.

On 5 December, we organized the 68th Open Tender dedicated to the aim of the 30th Grand Finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity, i.e. paediatric ophthalmology.
96 days before the 32nd Grand Finale, during the 67th Open Tender, we have revealed the aim of the upcoming winter fundraiser. This time, the GOCC Foundation will focus on the post-pandemic lung diseases - the raised funds will be used to purchase equipment for children's and adults' respiratory units.
