Honorary degree for Lidia Niedźwiedzka-Owsiak

Lidia Niedźwiedzka-Owsiak, who is the director of the medical division of the GOCC Foundation, was awarded an Honoris Causa at the Poznań University of Medical Sciences. This recognition was given in appreciation of her efforts in creating a society that is united and aware, as well as of her commitment to upholding the highest standards in healthcare.

The honorary degree was presented during a special meeting of the Medical Faculty Council at the Poznań University of Medical Sciences. The event was attended by the Rector, Senate members, and the Dean of the Medical Faculty. They all acknowledged the significant role Lidia Niedźwiedzka-Owsiak played in transforming the Polish healthcare system. The GOCC Foundation was represented by Jerzy Owsiak and other members of the board.

 

It is my dream that patients receive the best medical care possible. Our Foundation strives to ensure that doctors have access to the latest and most advanced equipment. We will continue to do so till the end of the world and a day longer! – said Lidia Niedźwiedzka-Owsiak during the ceremony

 

Lidia Niedźwiedzka-Owiska, in her role as the director of the medical division of the GOCC Foundation, plays a crucial role in all the activities carried out by our charity. Her job is to coordinate medical actions and ensure the highest quality of the equipment purchased for medical units. She maintains relationships with hospitals that receive support from the Foundation. Her contribution has significantly improved the quality of healthcare in Poland.

The Honorary Degree serves as a symbol of appreciation for Lidia Niedźwiedzka-Owsiak's tireless work and invaluable contributions to the activity of the GOCC Foundation. Poznań University of Medical Sciences's decision also reflects the recognition of the Foundation's impact on the future of Polish medicine.
