According to the GDPR regulation of 27.04.2018, we would like to inform you that:

Information obligation concerning CCTV surveillance in the GOCC Foundation Offices and Szadowo-Młyn Centre

- Your personal information is controlled by the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity Foundation (Dominikańska 19c, Warsaw, Poland).
- For any additional information regarding your personal information, please get in touch with our Data Protection Officer at [email protected].
- Your personal information will be processed in order to ensure the safety and security of the participants and possessions and items at the premises of the GOCC Foundation Offices and Szadowo-Młyn training centre by means of CCTV surveillance.
- Your personal information will be received by subcontractors and contractors of the Foundation based on their contracts with the Foundation. They cannot use your personal information for their own purposes.
- Your personal information will not be passed on to other countries or international organizations.
- Your personal information, which has been collected by means of CCTV surveillance will be processed for the duration of one month after it has been recorded.
- You have the right to access your personal information to correct, rectify, restrict the processing, transfer, delete, object to the processing of your personal information.
- You have the right to make a complaint to the relevant Data Protection Office, if you believe that your data is not processed in accordance with the relevant regulations.
- By taking part in the events on the premises which are covered by our CCTV surveillance, you give us permission to process your personal information obtained by means of CCTV.
- Your personal information will not be used to create profiles and recordings are made automatically.
