Medical Handbooks

GOCC handbooks include latest research and contemporary standards and developments in the field. So far, manuals dedicated to the following topics have been published: 

 

Osteoarticular traumas in the paediatric age - handbook is divided into two parts: first part  offers overview of the osteoarticular structure of child's body and presents basic procedures used to treat osteaoarticular traumas in children; while the second part focuses on the equipment used in treating children with such traumas. 

Non-invasive ventilation of newborns - handbook highlights the non-invasive method of ventilation using Infant Flow technique, which serves to limit damage to newborn's respiratory system. 

Retinopathy of prematurity - handbook focuses on methods of diagnosis and treatment of retinopathy of prematurity, which is a serious condition of retina caused by premature birth.

Personal insulin pumps in diabetes management -  handbook describes the construction and functionalities as well as listing the cases in which using personal insulin pumps is not advised.

Supporting disabled

In the light of the recent events, the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity Foundation made a decision to expand the programme providing rehabilitation equipment for disabled people. The charity will increase the sum and scope of its activity in the area of personal help.
