This year, 1,685 Collection Centres join the action of the 32nd Grand Finale! It is 32 hubs more than a year ago! 100 of them are located in different corners of the world, “playing” with our Great Orchestra from 23 different countries. 120,000 volunteers will fundraise in the streets during our one-day collection!
Various online methods of support were launched at the beginning of December 2023. One way to support our mission online is by setting up our eCollection Box powered by Mastercard. You can also donate online via our website, send a text message, or take part in our mesmerizing charity auctions. So far, we have raised PLN 30 million through our online channels.
The main event in Warsaw will be held on the day of the Grand Finale on Sunday, January 28. For the first time ever, the Foundation will organize the event at PGE Narodowy meadows. The construction works of our TV studio and concert stage are underway! The charity concert will start at 02:00 pm, featuring artists from Poland and abroad. The event is free for everyone who values love and friendship and understands the concept of helping.
Our motto this year sums up our moods quite accurately: We’re all in tune! Our Orchestra will “play” once again to support the Polish healthcare system. The 32nd Grand Finale’s objective is to raise funds for post-pandemic lung diseases.
Five days before the 32nd Grand Finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity, we visited the 'Pomnik - Centrum Zdrowia Dziecka' (Children's Memorial Health Institute) to ceremoniously inaugurate the first Ophthalmic Simulation Laboratory in Europe dedicated exclusively to the field of peadiatric ophthalmology.
Less than 60 days before the 32nd Grand Finale fundraiser, the Collection Boxes were presented during a press conference. Just this year, there were 226,000 boxes produced.
