Allegro Auctions

Each of you can create an account on aukcje.wosp.org.pl website, which will enable you to list your items or services on this dedicated Allegro platform. The platform is launched in  December and is available until mid-January. Creating your listing gives you control over the auction. What is more important, you can edit the description, and the item is available as soon as you add it to the platform! The money paid for the item will be transferred to the Foundation's bank account directly. 

This method is by far the easiest, and we recommend listing your items using the login details you created for commercial Allegro Platform. No-fuss - and you retain all control over your listing! 

You can also get in touch with the local hub of activity - your local Collection Centre. Volunteers working in the Collection Centres usually hold a variety of events in aid of the fundraiser - online and offline auctions, raffles and sales. They might be able to put your items to excellent use!

The third option is to deliver the items to the office of the Foundation. However, we need to stress that we might not be able to list all items promptly because we need to process more and more items donated in aid of charitable auctions. We also reserve the right to choose which items we add to our sales.

We cannot list items we don't have in our possession. What is more, to list the item, we need you to provide us with a brief description of the item, its story, a set of pictures and relevant documents confirming that you have willingly donated these items. 

If you choose to bring or send us the item you wish to list in aid of our charitable auction, you must be aware of the regulations regarding the use of your data.

DECLARATION OF DONATION -  COMPANY OR OTHER ENTITY 

In compliance with the GDPR Regulations (article 13, section 1 and section 2 of Regulation 2016/679) the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity Foundation notifies that:

1)   Your data will be administered by the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity Foundation (Dominikańska 19c, Warsaw 02-738)

2)   Direct all your queries to [email protected]

3)   Your data will be processed following your consent to process to:

list items donated in aid of the GOCC Foundation and send you an acknowledgement after the listing has been processed and the item auctioned off - your data will be prepared for ten years until the limitation claims should expire (as per article 6, paragraph 1)

fulfilling the legal obligations concerning the auctions and financial accounts - the period is regulated by appropriate laws (as per section 6, item 1)

4)   Your data will be transferred to subcontractors of the Foundation – your data will be processed to perform their service (such as parcel service, postal service, e-mailing services). They are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

5)   Your data will not be transferred to any third country or international organisation.

6)   You have the right to edit, remove, review the use of your data. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

7)   You can file a complaint about the processing of your data with the appropriate administrative office at any time if you think that how your data is processed breaks any applicable laws on data protection from 27.04.2016.

8)   Your data is given willingly and voluntarily, but providing consent is required for the items you donated to be listed in your name by the GOOC Foundation. You are obliged to submit your data, and to fail to so means that your items will not be listed;

9)   Your data will not be used in automated processing or for profiling purposes.
