Donating via text is as easy as dropping some change into the Collection Box and available just at the tips of your fingertips! Text 'SERCE' - which means heart in Polish - to 75 565 to donate 5 PLN. The costs of this text is 6.15 (with VAT). Thanks to our service provider SerwerSMS.pl we were able to integrate text messages sent from different mobile network providers. The company also ensured that we were able to be in constant touch with Collection Centres, and with volunteers, because it provided us with free mass texting service via their database. Being in touch and being able to check in with local hubs of activity is essential and improves the logistics of the event considerably.
The amount we have been able to raise via text service is continuously growing and we have reached 2.5 million PLN by the day of the fundraiser on Sunday. And as the fundraiser is still ongoing we are hoping to raise even more money for charity.

The registration of Collection Centres, i.e. hubs of volunteers organizing the Grand Finale events for their local community, is now over. Collection Centres will be actively participating in the 32nd Grand Finale fundraiser across Poland and in 101 locations around the world!
Lidia Niedźwiedzka-Owsiak, who is the director of the medical division of the GOCC Foundation, was awarded an Honoris Causa at the Poznań University of Medical Sciences. This recognition was given in appreciation of her commitment to upholding the highest standards in healthcare.
