2023-11-30 17:10:00

The registration of Collection Centres, i.e. hubs of volunteers organizing the Grand Finale events for their local community, is now over. Collection Centres will be actively participating in the 32nd Grand Finale fundraiser across Poland and in 101 locations around the world! The registration for volunteers is still underway. There will be 120,000 activists involved in the initiative.

The Grand Finale is a one-day public charitable fundraiser, which traditionally takes place on a Sunday in January. The charitable collection is held internationally, and it is run by the local hubs of activity – Collection Centres.

Collection Centre staff, apart from drafting volunteers and holding the one-day public collection, go above and beyond organising concerts, parties, cook-outs, raffles, fairs, sporting events, and other - fun, surprising, and extraordinary initiatives. Local Grand Finales draw attention to their fundraising efforts and publicising the case locally and nationwide.

This time, 1,685 Collection Centres (32 more than last year) will be engaged in organising the 32nd Grand Finale. 101 of them are registered abroad. The Grand Finale fundraiser will be held in Great Britain, the United States, Sweden, the Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland, Indonesia, Ireland, Belgium, Germany, Austria, France, Japan, Spain, Croatia, Australia, Italy, Thailand, Luxemburg, Canada, Czechia, Singapore, Egypt, the UAE, and Cyprus.

Funds for the purchase of medical equipment for respiratory units in Poland may be donated to the Stationary Collection Boxes distributed among Collection Centres, registered shops, and service points.

Volunteers' registration is still open. So far, 45,152 activists have applied to “play” with the Great Orchestra during the upcoming winter fundraiser. Altogether, there will be 120,000 volunteers engaged in the event.

About the 32nd Grand Finale

The 32nd Grand Finale will be organized on 28 January 2024. The main objective of this year's fundraiser is “Post-pandemic lungs.” This means that our goal is to purchase medical equipment for the diagnosis, monitoring, and rehabilitation of pulmonary diseases in both children and adults. The motto for this year's event is: We're all in tune!

The Grand Finale concert stage and the GOCC's TV studio in Warsaw will be located at the PGE Narodowy meadows.
