Less than 60 days before the 32nd Grand Finale fundraiser, the Collection Boxes were presented during a press conference. Just this year, there were 226,000 boxes produced.

It will take less than 5 minutes of your time to support the GOCC fundraiser - 4 minutes 56 seconds to be precise. You just have to press PLAY and watch video made by the top Polish Youtube talents and the mobile service provider will donate funds to charity. The lyrics of the song tie in with one of the ongoing themes of work of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity Foundation - namely, providing medical help to senior patients in dignified manner and transforming geriatric and long-tem care units in Polish publical hospitals.
We are extremely happy that people with such massive social influence, expecially among young people decided to draw public attention to matters connected with ageism, dignity, and respect.
PLAY is also taking their support to the next level at the Grand Finale fundraising fete in Warsaw - quite literally! A massive ferris wheel, which looks like it has been designed off this year's posters promoting the fundraiser will be erected on the Parade Square in the city centre. It will, no doubt be the star of many a photo. The mobile service provider is also actively supporting the foundation through the online auctions. If you fell in love in the PLAY ferris wheel you can own its miniature version, but I expect that there will be a serious bidding war for it!
PLAY is going to bring some online celebs to the Parade Square in the centre of the Polish capital for meet&greets - for sure it will be a treat for fans of Youtube personalites. Speaking of auctions and exciting prizes to be won at a bidding war, it is impossible not to mention Golden SIM Cards provided by PLAY. 100 fully functioning, gold-plated NANO SIM cards will be auctioned off alongside the Golden Hearts at the 'Most Generous Benefactors Auction'.

Ophthalmic Simulation Laboratory opened!
Five days before the 32nd Grand Finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity, we visited the 'Pomnik - Centrum Zdrowia Dziecka' (Children's Memorial Health Institute) to ceremoniously inaugurate the first Ophthalmic Simulation Laboratory in Europe dedicated exclusively to the field of peadiatric ophthalmology.
