Our mission is to spread the message that CPR and first aid are essential skills and that teaching them can be easy and fun. Restart a Heart Day, which falls on 16th of October, is a perfect opportunity to promote our educational initiative.
Our aim is to gather as many people who will take part in the largest simultaneous CPR session. It's a fun and unique way to introduce these skills to a wide range of people. Learning the basics or resuscitation - the 30 x 2 rule is very easy and it literally takes a few tries to perfect the technique and improve your response time and abilities.
We encourage you to look for institutions taking part in our challenge - everyone is welcome to come by and learn CPR. We also would like to encourage you to host the event, if you have a venue available.
