Collection centre from Wellington in New Zealand participating in the Grand Finale for the first time commenced their fundraiser already on January the 12th with a projection of the movie "Lion" in a local theatre. A small, inconspicuous show set up purposefully on the occasion gathered more than 40 spectators!
Before the show, the guests were offered traditionnal Polish pastries and had the chance to win GOCC-realted paraphernalia. Stories were told, too. As there were many questions on the GOCC and its activities, the hosts were kind enough tell the story of our Foundation and the idea behind it.
Thanks to the generosity of the guests, they gathered 400+ dollars on that day alone! "we sincelerely hope that this is just a warm-up before Sunday" - said merrily one of the hosts.

From 23rd to 26th May, in the sunny town of Lloret de Mar, Spain, the 6th International Collection Centres Get-Together took place. This special event brought together nearly 100 representatives from 34 Collection Centres across 13 countries, all united by their dedication to organising the GOCC Grand Finales outside of Poland.
