Lidia Niedźwiedzka-Owsiak is the co-founder of the Foundation and is involved in day-to-day work of the charity as head of its medical department. Lidia, who is known to friends and co-workers as "Dzidzia", oversees the purchases of medical equipment and running of Foundation's medical initiatives and programmes. She takes part in Open Tender negotiations, making sure that equipment purchased by the charity is of the best possible quality and she is one of the key decision-makers when it comes to choosing medical objective of the fundraiser.
