The GOCC Volunteers are well known for their unrivalled energy and enthusiasm. Their signature feature is their smile. What else does it take to become a GOCC volunteer? And how to recognize a valid ID card and Collection Box?
Every year, during the freezing and cold January, the streets all over Poland (but not only!) are overflowing with positive energy. That is because “We're all in tune”!
The Collection Box and ID badge are identification attributes! Check out how to recognize the GOCC Volunteer!
The GOCC Volunteers are characterized by:
- masses of positive energy
- enthusiasm for contributing to a charity
- …and a bright smile!
Each Volunteer's attributes – a Collection Box and an ID card!
Every year, the ID card and a Collection Box are made of original and specially designed patterns. This year is no different. Look out for some colourful designs brightening up the streets!
The ID card is especially important, as it helps to verify if a person is a GOCC Volunteer and should contain the following information:
- Name and surname
- Picture of the GOCC Volunteer
- Number of the GOCC Volunteer
- Collection Centre's number
- Hologram sticker
- Foundation's stamp
- QR code
Besides an ID card, the indispensable attributes of each GOCC Volunteer are a Collection Box and red heart stickers. For safety reasons, the GOCC Volunteers fundraise in pairs!
The GOCC Volunteers are fundraising according to this year's collection aim "Post-pandemic lungs. We play for kids and adults alike!". On Sunday will be a great opportunity to meet 120 000 GOCC Volunteers and take part in the Grand Finals hosted by 1 685 Collection Centers!
