This week instructors have been conducting a course for primary school teachers, who aim to pass their knowledge to their students and join our CPR for Schools educational initiative. This time we have met teachers from 47 schools in the region. There will be 94 teachers who will be passing on their knowledge to their little pupils.
The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity aims to introduce CPR education to public schools nationwide, ensuring that each child has access to free and unified first aid training. We believe that fostering good habits from a very young age is crucial and that children can indeed learn how to save lives!
Up till now, we have trained 27701 teachers from 12 216 schools, which means that 91% of schools on Poland offer CPR lessons as a part of their curriculum! All in all, we estimate that over 2.6 million children have been taught CPR thanks to our initiative!
