Beautiful day in Wellington (NZ) to collect funds!

With a weather like that, nothing could go wrong. The picnic was bound to be a success: there was entertainment for kids and the entire family - tug-of-war, obstacle races and cricket. Our team of cooks didn't let us down - everyone could have tried Polish delicacies. There was bigos, kielbasa and smalec. There was homemade lemonade - what a treat! You don't get to feast like that every day in New Zealand.
Our yard sale of books, toys and clothes turned out to be a hit. It was very warm, so big kudos to the brave rock band members who were able to withstand the heat and deliver a great concert! We talked and had so much fun that we couldn't bring ourselves to go home. See you next time! Sending sunny thoughts to the Capital! Sie ma!
