Have you heard that the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity is already playing online? Our friends at the Allegro platform have just launched their initiatives to support our charitable collection!
Firstly, there is the ever popular aukcje.wosp.org.pl/en bidding platform. Charitable auctions are an exciting way to support the aim of the Grand Finale - either by placing bids on on interesting, one-of-a-kind items, services, or purchasing unique experience packs. Anyone can list their item or service online and manage their own auction from start to finish. Auctions are live until the end of February.
Another platform, rzeczyodserca.pl is designed to host unique, personalized auctions - celebrities, politicians and sportspeople alike list some very special items in order to support our charity.
And finally, for those impatiently waiting to throw money in a Collection Box, there is an option to donate using a virtual Donation Box hosted by the Allegro platform. Easy to use and fully secure method of donation is also available for iOS and Android.
Hundreds of participants wearing our original orange T-shirts? It's a signature feature of our "Get Even with Diabetes" Run! We will hold the 18th stationary edition of the run in the streets of Warsaw on 28 January. However, the virtual run starts today! You can still register online and add your time to the pool!
Less than 60 days before the 32nd Grand Finale fundraiser, the Collection Boxes were presented during a press conference. Just this year, there were 226,000 boxes produced.
Traditionally, on Fridays just before the Grand Finale fundraiser, the GOCC Foundation hosts a press conference to sum up the preparations for the annual collection. Jurek Owsiak will present all our initiatives, actions, and activities as we prepare to celebrate another edition of the joyous celebration of kindness!
