How to React?

Take a Stand!

If you are a witness of violence, react. If you think that someone is a victim of abuse – be it physical or emotional, make sure you are not indifferent to their suffering. You can take action in different ways - whatever you are comfortable with. One of the options is using a free hotline to ask for advice, or report that you have spotted aggressive behaviour towards a child. These hotlines are run by professionals and are confidential. If you are a victim of abuse, or if you suspect that someone is hurting a child - do not hesitate to call!

Hotlines are open not only to victims of abuse, but also to people who would like to inform the authorities about their suspicions.
