Grand Finale Result Announcement in Warsaw
The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity Foundation will announce the result of our annual charity fundraiser in Warsaw.
Dear Australia,
We keep you in our thoughts. During the Grand Finale fundraiser, we would like to take the opportunity to draw attention to your struggle and extend our support to you. Our Foundation is built by millions of Poles, who fundraise with us in Poland and abroad. The day of the Grand Finale is special - a day of community, solidarity, a day when we all come together to save the lives and health of children. We want to share this unique energy with you!
We want to thank all of our volunteers working at the Collection Centres based in Australia. We want to ask you to donate all the money you raise using the Grand Finale resources and efforts to a charitable organisation in Australia, which focuses on helping victims of the tragic bushfires ravaging your homeland. We trust that you will find the best and most trustworthy organisation to support.
We will always support those who need our help. We believe that you can win against the force of nature, but we know that a huge effort to rebuild is still ahead of all of you. You can count on our support!
We plan to demonstrate our support during the fundraising events in Warsaw. This coming Sunday, we will unfold a massive Australian flag as a gesture of solidarity with the people of Australia.

As Poland has gone into lock-down, encouraging people to self-isolate to slow down the spread of the novel coronavirus (Covid-19), there are many people who might require help with day-to-day tasks. Fortunately, the GOCC volunteers and activists are there to help!
Nineteen hospitals with ICU facilities which are tasked with treating COVID-19 patients will receive specialised beds. The hospitals for infectious diseases, which are on the frontline of the fight with the virus, were chosen in cooperation with the Polish Ministry of Health.
