Representatives from ten countries met in Brussels last weekend to discuss their experiences and share their knowledge and know-how about how it is to run and organise a Grand Finale fundraiser abroad!

This year our charitable Orchestra has played globally - taking our initiative to Japan, China, Georgia, all over Europe and fundraising for Polish medicine in the Americas. We decided to get together with the representatives of 10 international Collection Centres in Brussels over this weekend.

Bournemouth is a lovely seaside resort in county of Dorset. A vivid Polish community is 30 thousand strong, and we all came together in aid of the fundraiser for the first time ever!

Hop on a train and let it take you to... Cisówka, a lovely snow-covered village in eastern Poland. The special train route, which operates once a year only takes its passangers on a picturesque voyage across Białowieża Forest, stopping in charming towns and sleepy little villages.

We have heard from the Collection Centres located in different parts of the globe. From local hubs of activity in Poland, to initiatives taking place in the most remote locations across Asia and the Americas we have prepared a run-down of what went on during the Grand Finale fundraiser.

Emotions are still running high, but we took a break to invite everyone to tune in to the press conference to recap the highlights of the Grand Finale. Preliminary sum of funds raised in aid of the Grand Finale amounts to 62 418 767 PLN - and counting!

Turning their re-edition of the Grand Finale into a veritable talent show, the team behind the event taking place in Gibraltar has much more than musical entertainment planned.
