For the eighteenth time, Jurek Owsiak, this time from the final stage on the PGE Narodowy meadows in Warsaw, opened the joyful run under the same slogan "Get Even with Diabetes". Crowds of running enthusiasts, after a five-kilometre route through the streets of Warsaw, will reach the finish line located in the same place.

Take part in the 17th virtual Get Even with Diabetes Run whenever you are and feel the positive power of the community of GOCC runners all over the world!

One of the most popular activities among the Collection Centre's Staff and beneficiaries during the 30th Grand Finale was the Get Even with Diabetes Race, which brought together people from Poland and all over the world for the 16th time this year!

Although one of the most spectacular moments of each Finale of the GOCC - the run of several thousand participants through the streets of Warsaw – is still few hours away, the 16th "Get Even with Diabetes" run is already underway, thanks to the virtual form, which was launched on Monday, 24th January.

One of the elements which created the amazing atmosphere of this year's edition of our charitable fundraiser was our Get Even with Diabetes run. Despite COVID-19 restrictions, we held a socially distanced version of the annual race. Money raised by runners will go towards the purchase of personal insulin pumps for women with diabetes.

Help fight diabetes and finance the purchase of personal insulin pumps for pregnant women in diabetes by taking part in our family-friendly 5K run.

The Collection Centre from Opole invites everyone to join in their activities as volunteers or participants of the events of the 25th Grand Finale.
