Even though we all cast our thoughts to January 31, 2021, as one of the most important days of in the calendar of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity - the day of the Grand Finale fundraiser, when thousands of volunteers take to the streets to fundraise and to enjoy an amazing atmosphere of the Grand Finale and thousands of different community events bring people closer together, we know that the run-up to the main event is also very important.
December 1, 2020 - We launched an online collection in aid of our medical objective. All money raised through digital fundraising channels goes towards the purchase of medical equipment for children's laryngology, otolaryngology, and head diagnostics.
December 15, 2020 - Collection Centres can now hold different fundraising events. Grassroots community spirit is the very backbone of our initiative. We are always impressed by the creativity and energy that goes into preparing different community events. It's a great way of bringing people together, creating a very special feeling of active, aware citizenship.
December 15, 2020 - Shop and business owners can now display our Collection Boxes on their premises. Collection Boxes can also be displayed in a variety of locations, where members of the public can support our mission.
January 10, 2021 - Marks the initial date of the Grand Finale fundraiser. The event is traditionally held on the second Sunday of January. We moved the date of the Grand Finale on account of the extended lockdown in Poland.
January 30, 2021 - We will begin the live online broadcast of the main telethon part of the Grand Finale fundraiser. Music has always been and will be an integral part of the Grand Finale fundraiser, so some of the best Polish artists will be playing live at our Grand Finale studio.
January 31, 2021 - The main event is here. We will be with you online and on TV from the very early morning until midnight! Music, news, community - all in aid of the Grand Finale fundraiser and to help save lives and health of kids in Poland.
February 14, 2021 - Final deadline for our charity auctions held on Allegro service. Whoever placed the highest bid by Valentine's Day will be the proud winner of the bidding war.
February 28, 2021 - Final deadline for online collections held in aid of the Grand Finale fundraiser.
The 32nd Grand Finale concert will start playing in less than 60 days! Jurek Owsiak revealed the latest additions to the lineup for the event taking place on January 28, 2024 at PGE Narodowy meadows!
