100 patients tested with PET-CT scanner
We are so very proud! The most expensive machine in the history of the GOCC, the first PET-CT scanner in Poland for children, allowed for screening of 100 patients so far.
Just a second ago the referee whistled to mark the beginning of this year's charitable football game between the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity Foundation and TVN TV station. The players in this friendly competition, despite the rules of the game, had, in fact, one objective - raising money to finance the purchase of a modern ambulance for transport of newborn babies. The emergency vehicle will be donated to the neonatal ward at the Teaching Hospital of Poznań University.
The excitement was palpable as the star-studded teams, made up of professional athletes, celebrities, and friends of the Foundation as well as people working for the charity ran into the pitch. After weeks of regular training sessions, supervised by the team from Diamonds Academy and led by the captain - chairman and driving force behind the charity - Jurek Owsiak, our team was ready to take on the opposition. The stands were teeming with supporters of both teams, and Legia Stadium was alive with laughter and excitement.
Who will win? Only time will tell, but we are sure that the true winners - parents and kids from Poznań will soon be able to use a modern ambulance the hospital so desperately needs!

This year, for the third time, we took part in the Westminister Charity Race at Tor Służewiec galloping for a higher good!
A 10-year-old Mateusz Jarantowski from Poznań saved his uncle's life! The boy completed the CPR for Schools training organised by the GOCC Foundation. Boy's school, 18th Primary School in Poznań, held a special event to celebrate Matusz's outstanding bravery.
