The works on building the Grand Finale TV studio and a concert stage in Warsaw are underway.
The countdown before the 31st Grand Finale fundraiser has officially begun! We will play together in our Great Orchestra on January 29 to... beat sepsis!
In Warsaw, the Grand Finale will be held at Plac Defilad in our TV studio and at Plac Bankowy, where a great concert stage is under construction. Events organised in both locations are free and open to everyone who wants to feel the joy!
The area of the TV studio is 1,800 m2. On 29 January, Jurek Owsiak, the main organiser of the January fundraiser, will hold a day-long live show, hosing special guests. The studio is located at Plac Defilad next to the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw, in a huge tent (2,600 m2). The elements of this space (including a 39-tone construction, 660 light spots and over 510 m2 diodes) and the ventilated containers for the staff were delivered in 57 cars!
At Plac Bankowy, there are construction works of the concert stage for an open-air music event planned for Sunday afternoon. The construction of the stage weights 180 tones. 560 light spots and 12,000 modules with diodes will serve as a great special effects during the show. The grand opening will start at 13:30 on 29 January. A bit earlier, at 12:00, the "Get Even with Diabetes" Race will begin.
