Salam Lab, an organization working within the network of Grupa Granica will be taking over the Humanitarian Aid Point established by the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity in Michałowo, located in the vicinity of the border between Poland and Belarus.

Everyone, who pays their taxes in Poland can donate 1% of their tax return to a non-governmental organization of their choice. Our charity is also eligible to receive donations through tax return forms. This year, we will use the funds raised through 1% tax donation drive to improve the levels of care offered at paediatric care units across the country.

We raised PLN 17 234 732 (over EUR 3 800 000) through 1% tax donation. Polish revenue allows taxpayers to choose a non-governmental organisation which will receive a donation amounting to 1% of their tax.

Those of you, who pay taxes in Poland, can donate 1% of their tax to a charity of their choosing. We will be raising money from this charitable drive to buy medical equipment and finance the running of our educational initiative.

The Board of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity Foundation decided that this year the charity will be using the funds raised through 1% charitable tax donations to support the child and adolescent psychiatric facilities.

Thank you for choosing our charity as the recipient of 1% of your annual tax return. In total, we have received donations amounting to over 7 million PLN, which will go toward buying cars and medical equipment for children's hospices.

We have paid a visit to the sunny Częstochowa to personally present our gift to the long-term care nursing home for children.

The GOCC Foundation has officially launched a new medical programme which aims to treat bone defects and provide the equipment necessary for bone extension treatment.
