Run for fun (and for charity!). The 5K family-friendly race will be held in Warsaw for the 13th time! Local editions of the race - their distance and form depend on the vision of the organisers - will take place across the country and abroad as well! All editions of the "Get Even with Diabetes" run have two things in common: firstly, they are all held in order to raise money to buy personal insulin pumps. These pumps will be rented, free of charge to women suffering from diabetes who are planning a pregnancy or are pregnant. Second - we all meet to have fun and promote a healthy lifestyle! Traditionally, we are going to welcome 5000 runners, who will compete in a 5K race taking them through the streets of the Polish capital city of Warsaw. Clad in bright-orange T-shirts, these runners are fantastic messengers of our idea - let's be healthy, have fun, and help those who need our support the most - by sharing whatever we can with the needy!

Minimal entry donation fee is 30 PLN and each runner will receive:
- race number
- commemorative T-shirt
- medal
- souvenirs from the partners and sponsors of the race.
You can pick up your starter packets from January 7th until January 12th 20019 between the hours of 11 am to 8:00 PM on weekdays and between the hours of 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM on Saturdays. On the day of the race, you can pick up your packets between the hours of 10:00 AM and noon.

1:00 PM - warm up
1:45 PM - the start of the race
3:00 PM - the end of the race
The registration of Collection Centres, i.e. hubs of volunteers organizing the Grand Finale events for their local community, is now over. Collection Centres will be actively participating in the 32nd Grand Finale fundraiser across Poland and in 101 locations around the world!
Traditionally, on Fridays just before the Grand Finale fundraiser, the GOCC Foundation hosts a press conference to sum up the preparations for the annual collection. Jurek Owsiak will present all our initiatives, actions, and activities as we prepare to celebrate another edition of the joyous celebration of kindness!
Hundreds of participants wearing our original orange T-shirts? It's a signature feature of our "Get Even with Diabetes" Run! We will hold the 18th stationary edition of the run in the streets of Warsaw on 28 January. However, the virtual run starts today! You can still register online and add your time to the pool!
