We have summed up the 57th Open Tender, where we focused on the purchase of medical equipment for children's heart surgery and anesthesiology. We bought 242 medical devices, which will be donated to hospitals in 23 cities across the country.

We bought medical devices for over PLN 40 000 000. After two days of negotiations, 377 medical devices for children's surgery wards will be donated to 65 hospitals in 51 towns in Poland.

Since the launch of the registration process, over 900 Collection Centres - regional hubs for the fundraising activity - applied to hold their local editions of the Grand Finale fundraiser.

The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity broke yet another fundraising record - bringing a fractured society together in a show of solidarity, friendship, and generosity at the same time. The fundraiser, which is held annually since 1993, is one of the most important social events in the country.

We have announced the preliminary result of the Grand Finale fundraiser.

Even though the first purchases made with the money raised at the 28th Grand Finale are still well ahead in the future, medical supplier companies gifted several pieces of equipment to different hospitals.

They are young and old, from Poland and abroad, fundraising in towns and villages. They are a group of 120 000 people doing their best to do good!

Traditionally, we intend to send a message to the Good Angels to show then that here, on Earth are people who have wings too. It is a message of hope, solidarity, and unity.

It's Saturday evening, and we still have hours to go before the Grand Finale fundraiser... and we already raised PLN 11 850 688! It's PLN 1 700 000 more than last year. We are beginning like we mean to go on.

Our initiative travels the world! We are "playing" on all continents, wherever there is a vibrant, energetic Polish community abroad. We are very proud of our friends who decide to play with our Orchestra in the most remote corners of the world.

Each Grand Finale fundraiser has a medical objective - we raise money to buy equipment for children's hospitals. Each year, we set a very clear fundraising goal. This year we are going to support paediatric surgery and subsequent treatment.
