We are launching a new training session at Szadowo-Młyn training centre. Our 3-day course is a great combination of team-building, first aid and survival exercises and tasks, which prepare future volunteers for their work at the Pol'and'Rock Festival and other activities of our charity.
White WV golf of well-known TV presenter Filip Chajzer dates from 1984. During Pol'and'Rock Festival it will change its appearance. Szymon Chwalisz – an artist known for painting guitars is going to perform his art on it.
Pol’and’Rock Festival is a great summer Festival where our volunteers who work hard during the winter fundraising concerts can be rewarded for their hard work. Although this is a time to celebrate and fest this is also a place where one can learn lots of useful skills that complement our Foundation’s mission.

Today we have received amazing news from the European Parliament. The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity Foundation has been awarded the esteemed European Citizen's Prize, which honours exceptional achievements of European citizens and organization.
Jurek Owsiak became a Knight of the Order of the Smile. The medal is awarded in recognition of his life-long commitment to improving conditions in paediatric medicine and his vocal support of children's rights.
In the light of the recent events, the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity Foundation made a decision to expand the programme providing rehabilitation equipment for disabled people. The charity will increase the sum and scope of its activity in the area of personal help.
During the 50th Open Tender, we have signed contracts to purchase almost 5 000 pieces of different equipment. Medical experts purchased equipment for paediatric and neonatal units as well as pull-down beds and recliners for parents, who stay by their children's side.
The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity Foundation buys equipment by means of an open tender procedure in order to negotiate the best prices and service period for the medical devices. This time we buy equipment for paediatric units and beds and recliners for parents.
We aim to deliver colourful plaques to primary schools taking part in our CPR for Schools educational programme. We think it's a great way to acknowledge schools which go the extra mile to educate their pupils.
